Every morning Joey pounds on the back door to let me know it's time to go outside do some gardening. He signs water and points at the hose until I turn it on to water the flowers and vegetables. Unfortunately he's better at pulling out the plants I've planted and walking on the new seedlings coming up than pulling out weeds. He might be the scourge of the sunflower patch, but he's still my favorite garden buddy.
